Taurus Place is a commercial development located in Bromley, Christchurch. Sited on undeveloped land that featured three road boundaries and a park reserve. Nine individual units were designed with a ground floor show rooms, mezzanine office space and warehouse. Designed with reinforced concrete panels provided excellent boundary fire ratings and construction efficiency. With views looking out into the green space reserve, the units proved popular for small to medium sized commercial businesses.
