Sandvik Steel is a purpose built development that features two separate buildings each with their own office annex and warehouse. The offices are linked with a walkway allowing each of the buildings to be sold separately if their business needs change in the future. Each annex has their own meeting rooms, offices and staff facilities. High stud warehouses were designed to maximise storage capability. Located at the end of a culdesac backing onto open space reserve land with established trees, it was important to design a building that made use of an industrial area that would not normally have these landscape benefits.
