Architecture Studio was engaged by the Owner who is builder to design a spec build to on-sell as a development in the Arlington Park sub division. Some points of difference in the design was high vaulted ceiling with sylights down the central passage, variation in form and cladding with a box structure garage and high pitched roof pavilion.
