The home features four bedrooms, two living areas, open plan dining with kitchen and scullery plus a separate laundry and double garage. The building takes on a U shape with a private deck and entertainment area capturing the evening sun. The master bedroom with ensuite is a separate wing at one end of the house which has its own north west facing courtyard.
