Company Director Richard Tunstall designed two prefabricated steel structure studios for his own property on a challenging hill site on the port hills Stonehaven Subdivision. The pods will be completely finished off site and craned into position on site reducing the need for extensive site establishment costs. Each unit will be fully self contained with kitchen and bathroom facilities and highly insulated with double glazing capturing uninterrupted views over Christchurch City.
