Architecture Studio was engaged by award winning builders Property Solutions CHCH Limited to design a new extension for the business owners own home. The owners had meticulously restored their early 1900’s Villa and Architecture Studio designed a new contemporary extension to the rear of the property including a new living, dining and master bedroom with ensuite. Expansive areas of glass was used with a cantilevered concrete balcony and water feature below. This building was awarded gold in the master builders national finals 2013.
