The final building of the Montreal Street development, Architecture Studio designed a two level office for the Tenants Inovo Projects. The buildings form was kept to the same format as the other office buildings in the development also designed by Architecture Studio. A private outdoor space for the staff was incorporated in the design to capture mid day sun.
