The Clients brief for this project was to provide a new building for Ideal Electrical which included a large bulk warehouse, electrical customer trade store outlet, including a link to administration and management offices with an area that can be used for corporate functions and electrical supply displays. The design had to be flexible allowing a standard office environment during normal working hours with the ability to hold large evening and weekend corporate functions. On the mezzanine floor a further eight offices, board room and staff room with internal balcony were incorporated into the design, allowing the space to be sublet to another tenant if required.
