Architecture Studio was approached by Property Solutions CHCH Limited to develop a design for four sections they purchased in the Rangiora Subdivision, Arlington Park. This is the first building they developed with four bedrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The masterbedroom with ensuite featured bifold doors opening out onto the expansive deck. The living areas also had double bifold doors opening onto the deck. This build received a Master builders award.
