Architecture Studio was engaged to provide a new roadside extension to a current commercial building located on Marshland Road, Shirley. The brief was to supply a new reception, board room and sales agent offices. High profile was important for the Tenants business with a large glass area to display sales listings. Louvres were added to the façade to deal with direct sun issues and full height ceilings to circulate the passive solar gain. When completed this office was awarded as the best presented Harcourts office in New Zealand for 2009/10.
