Designed in the late 90’s, This coastal holiday home in the popular seaside settlement of Gore Bay was built for the Owners who wanted a place to relax and get away from the busy farm life. Designed with three bedrooms and open plan living, dining and kitchen complete with double garage. The covered deck looking out to the sea was incorporated into the design to make the most of views and all day sun. The building is clad with timber and plywood to endure the harsh coastal corrosion zone.
