Located at the original construction yard for one of Christchurch’s most reputable building companies, Chas S Luney Limited, this site was redeveloped converting the majority of the existing buildings into separate tenancy spaces. Architecture studio was engaged by the Owners to provide a master planning scheme which allowed a mix of tenancies, which included additional office spaces, extensions to warehouses and factories and new industrial buildings. Nine individual tenancies occupy the site and Architecture Studio continues to be involved with this ongoing development with earthquake strengthening and repair.
