Bayleys Real Estate took on the first floor office space lease of Architecture Studio designed building in Merivale, Christchurch. The brief was to create a reception and waiting room, Auction room that can be converted into two board rooms, separate meeting rooms for Vendor and Purchaser negotiations and a rear open plan office environment that had glass screens to separate the divisions of the company. A central breakout staff area was created to provide a casual meeting area.
